(Invocation)
Merciful and loving God, I (we) come seeking quiet communion with You. In this place apart from confusion and stress, grant me (us) stillness of heart and quietness in Your presence. Amen
The Psalm:
I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live. The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came over me; I was overcome by distress and sorrow. (Psalm 116:1-2)

Benediction
O God, as (I/we) prepare to leave this quiet place, give (me/us) a sense of your power and your glory, that (I/we) may take it everywhere You send (me/us) today. Amen

Beloved daughter of the Most High,
May the gifts God has placed within you burn brightly and consistently--
rekindled each day with courage, joy and holy passion.
May your heart be steadfast and your spirit unshakable,
rooted deeply in the truth that your labor in the Lord is never in vain.
When the winds of life press against you, may you stand firm, clothed in strength and dignity, knowing that the One who called you is faithful.
May your passion for knowing God more intimately be rewarded with spiritual growth and depth, as You study His word diligently, and commune with Him in prayer, and worship at His throne regularly.
May you move forward in grace, abound in love, and let your life be a living testimony of God's power and goodness to those who seek and love Him with all their heart, soul, and strength.
Friend, may you be inspired and confident to live your blessed life every day!
(Today's Teacup Blessing is shaped from I Corinthians 15:58 and 2 Timothy 1:6)
