Prayers To Encourage Your Soul

Thank you God, for creating Eve. We all have our first mother's DNA flowing through our body. Without Eve there would be no us. Help us, as Your feminine creation to not only honor You with our living, but to honor our Mother Eve. May we always set an example of holy living for the women in the world who don't know You yet, don't know Jesus as Lord and Savior or the Holy Spirit as their Sanctifier. May our lives reflect how easy it is to follow Jesus and love You! May we show them what it truly means to be a woman; not by outward appearance, jewelry or hairdo's but by a right spirit and a godly heart. In Jesus name Amen     

Lord, how blessed we are when Monday comes around again. Help us to be better, do better, and plan for better than this time last Monday. Help us to get off to a good start and head in the right direction that includes reading Your Word and being in prayer. 

God, what a wonderful promise You have made to me. You promise to supply all my needs through Christ Jesus. You are my Good Shepherd and in You there are no wants or desires that cannot be met. Help me to rest confidently in the assurance that in Your time my prayers will be answered. Let my prayer time be more than saying words and praying for what I want personally and individually but let them be a time of fellowship with you.  

Dear Lord, I arise today and I watch and wait expectantly for You to answer me. I know you hear my prayers--Your word assures me of that--and I know you answer prayers--Your word assures us of that also. I pray to You today. I bring all my petitions to You today. I know You are here with me. Help me not to run ahead of you but to wait and pray and hope.

Lord, even when I have nothing except grunts and groans as I come before Your throne, You get me! You understand me. I want to be near You and You want me to come near You also. Your Holy Spirit speaks through me and Jesus intercedes for me at Your throne of mercy and grace. I meet you today, thank You for answering me to Your lpe md love. n

Lord, You know the plans of my mind and the desires of my heart. As Your word says it is your purpose that will rule the day. Help me step aside if I am blocking Your way. Help me stay confident in Your Word and in Your plan for my life. I will listen for Your instructions for my day...

God, it's hard to be poor and needy in this world. We are so hurt and so troubled and every day of our earthly lives makes us even more dependent upon You. Every time we pray to You, You meet all our needs. Grant our petitions and help us to rest assured that you are taking care our ourselves, help us to rest in You that You are taking care of us, and always will
